Mastic #1163 (smooth)
A durable, highly viscous material (thick), waterproof sealer/chalk. May be used over wood, brick, stone, concrete, aluminum galvanized or primed steel, asbestos, weathered asphalt roofing products, polystyrene and polyurethane foam. May be used as a general purpose sealer, chalk, or patching material around chimneys, vents, stacks, pipes, mechanical units, windows, door frames, or any other areas needing sealing or waterproofing. Fill cracks in concrete, block, stone, brick, walls (interior or exterior) or foundations. Coverage will be determined by application and therefore may vary with use and layers applied. Also has improved elasticity and elongation properties. ( By special order this product can be manufactured at a viscosity that will allow the material to be spray applied.)
