Titan 1123 Roof Coating
A white high solids, extremely durable waterproof (yet breathable) coating. May be used over asphalt roofing products, polyurethane and polyester foam, galvanized or primed steel, aluminum, concrete, stone, brick, asbestos, and wood. A brighter white Top Coat version of this product is available for reduced dirt pickup characteristics with only slightly reduced flexibility. Container tops are marked accordingly. Coverage is approximately 1.5 gallons per 100 sq.ft. per coat for assured weathering protection. ( Total two coats)
